Our Mission

Bruno's Pizza and Pasta was created for, and its mission continues to be as follows:

1. To provide a safe and positive first work experience for its employees -- where proven successful people skills are taught, while the time and opportunity for their development are a part of the everyday operational experience.

2. To improve focus on staffs' own personal value, as well as that of others of all ages, origins, and creeds; while building character, discipline, team work, and beginning level skills in group management and supervision.

3. To prepare, present, and deliver to our patrons the highest quality products that are consistent with our physical plant, geography, and sophistication.

4. To provide the highest possible level of customer care and integrity in our dealings with our patrons in each and every transaction; in other words, we will strive to "walk it the way we talk it!"

While striving for the above, we shall at all times maintain a watchful eye for ways to make a positive difference in our neighborhood, schools, and our community at large! In short, we will be looking for ways to be a stepping stone for others, while maintaining our role as a POSITIVE FORCE in the Rogue Valley
